Volleyball for Adults

 

This volleyball program is offered in the spring and fall.

Signing up

All players must either live or work in Piscataway and be at least 18 years of age.

Teams must fill out a Vollyeball roster form and submit it to the Recreation Department at Recreation@PiscatawayNJ.org by 4:00 p.m. on a day in March to be determined.  Rosters submitted after the deadline will cause a team to lose its guaranteed entry into the League.


Costs

The entry fee is $225.00 per team.  A check or money order should please be made payable to the Township of Piscataway.  No cash will be accepted.

While the Recreation Department will provide the referees, each team is required to pay the game referee $20.00 cash prior to the start of a game.


Schedule

League play is tentatively scheduled to begin in Spring 2021 followed by post-season playoffs for qualifying teams.  Games will be played on evenings to be determined beginning at 6:30, 7:30, and 8:30 p.m.  The Recreation Department cannot guarantee accommodation of a team's preference or that new teams will be admitted to the League.  Due to school conflicts and holidays, some games will be played on Monday nights.  If there is enough interest a Thursday night league may also be offered.  For additional information, please call the Recreation office at (732) 562-2382.
