Piscataway Township had a free, drive-thru rabies clinic on February 5, 2022 with arrival times divided by last names.  To determine vaccine eligibility, residents brought their pets' vaccination records.

We appreciated everyone's patience as they prepared for additional time to go through this new process that started recently.  Residents remained in their cars at all times.  Staff guided residents and took away the pet – either a dog by a leash or a cat or small dog in an appropriate carrier as provided by the resident – to get its rabies shot.  Residents were required to wear facemasks while interacting with staff.

License applications for dogs and cats are on the Township Clerk’s webpages.  Please download the appropriate form and mail with payment, proof of rabies vaccine, self-addressed stamped envelope and proof of spaying/neutering if applicable to the Township Clerk's office, 455 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08854.

A heavy active snowstorm or a restriction from the state related to the coronavirus pandemic may result in clinic cancellation.
